Normally, I don’t pay much attention to dieting tips online. I’m content to just go my merry way using the online Weight Watchers (sponsored by my employer)! However, i found this posting and thought i’d share:
This is pretty much the same thing that is incorporated into the “momentum plan” at WW. They focus on eating “Filling Foods” (the list is here) to help maintain fullness so you can keep your Points (calorie) intake under control. Additionally, those vegetables are great, as they’re zero Points so you can pretty much eat them to your heart’s content!
