If you read my previous posting about Options for Small Business Accounting, you know that I spent some time covering a tool that is fairly new in the arena: WorkingPoint.com. I happened to notice a posting on SmallBizTechnology.com that asks the question “Is Quickbooks Too Complicated?”
The short of this article is that the CEO of WorkingPoint.com wants you to know that the basic services are free, and designed to be much easier to use than QuickBooks. They are planning to launch some premium services, but for most small businesses the free services (contact and cash management, invoicing, etc) will be all you need.
