I definitely have been considering it. I was reading an article about VMWare Fusion and Parallels, and I think the experience is pretty nice. Do you use either of those (or Boot Camp)?
I’ve been looking through my list of software to see what (if any) snags I would hit, but it looks like the virtualization would probably handle any incompatibilities I’d find.
Make the switch. It says in the manual that it makes you look more attractive and cooler.
Actually, I switched back in ’03 and love it. It’s the best UNIX machine you could own and Snow Leopard runs amazingly on the hardware.
And the hardware is top notch. Sure, you pay more, but you end up with a laptop that stays usable for a lot longer than any PC. My MacBook Pro is over 3 years old and still looks and runs like it was brand new.
