Just a quick update about the Sprint EVO 4G. I just got an email from Sprint that the EVO 4G (by HTC) pricing and release date has been set. The email says the handset will be released on June 4th, for $199 (after a $100 mail-in rebate).
In case you aren’t familiar with the phone, here’s a quick rundown on the specs:
- 4.3″ screen and 1GHz processor
- Android version 2.1
- 3G and 4G radios, Wi-Fi, and an FM Tuner
- 8 Megapixel camera (back) and 1.3 Megapixel camera (front)
- Lots of social interaction features and the HTC Sense interface.
