PRICING:

MW2ML Technology Consulting charges a flat fee of $50 (fifty U.S. dollars) per hour for all technology consulting (design and training) and computer support (troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance) services.  First Time Customers are required to pre-pay for a minimum of one hour of support time per our First Time Customer Policy.

BILLING:

Billable time for all services requested is calculated in a minimum 15-minute block, with four blocks of billable time equaling the hourly rate (currently $50 USD per hour). Invoices are generated based on the number of 15-minute blocks per visit, and sent via Email from Paypal upon satisfactory completion of the services requested. Payment is due within 10 days of invoice date.

It is the policy of MW2ML Technology Consulting that first time customers pre-pay for a minimum of one hour of support. To begin your MW2ML Technology Consulting order, simply do the following:

MW2ML Remote Technical Support: Min. One Hour - $50

Payment Terms:
Per-Session Consulting Time past your first hour pre-paid allotment will be invoiced in 15-minute increments. Payment for services due within 10 days of invoice date.
